Privacy Policy
This page explains how BSWarmList collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data, and how users can exercise applicable privacy rights.
Effective date: April 24, 2026
What this policy covers
BSWarmList is a web application that helps users upload their own LinkedIn connections export, analyze it, and generate a warm outreach workflow. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States.
Data we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in. We also process payment records from Stripe, uploaded CSV data that you choose to submit, usage-related technical data such as browser and session information, and support communications you send to us. We do not scrape LinkedIn or buy third-party lead databases.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to provide the service, authenticate users, process payments, protect the application from abuse, answer support requests, maintain records for tax and accounting purposes, and improve reliability and security. We only use uploaded lead-list data to provide the workflow you requested.
GDPR legal bases
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases generally include contract performance when we provide the service you requested, legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and product maintenance, consent where you choose to receive optional communications, and legal obligations where retention is required for accounting, tax, or compliance reasons.
US state privacy rights
If you are covered by laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, or similar US state laws, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal data, and to appeal certain request outcomes where required by law. BSWarmList does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Payments and processors
Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication may be processed through Auth.js providers such as Google and email delivery providers. Uploaded data and account records are stored in our application infrastructure and database providers. Each processor acts under its own terms and privacy commitments, and we use them to operate the service rather than to sell your data.
International transfers
Because our vendors and infrastructure may operate in multiple countries, personal data may be processed outside your home jurisdiction. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and vendor commitments designed to support lawful cross-border transfers.
Retention
We keep account, payment, and service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product, maintain security, enforce our agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Uploaded data may be retained until you delete it, close your account, or request deletion, subject to any limited retention we must keep for compliance or dispute resolution.
Your controls and requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data by contacting tim.chevalier@bonson-web-solutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. If applicable law grants you the right to object, restrict processing, or appeal a privacy decision, you may exercise those rights using the same contact details.
Cookies and security
BSWarmList uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep sign-in, session handling, checkout, and application security working properly. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
BSWarmList is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that data.
Contact
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact tim.chevalier@bonson-web-solutions.com. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local regulator.

Template, not individualized legal advice
This policy is a starting point for the product and should still be reviewed by counsel before production use, especially for your entity details, tax nexus, and vendor stack.
